  • Qualification – National Diploma in Secretarial/ Sales and Marketing

Job Description 

  1.    Switchboard/Communication Centre Management.
  2. Diary & Appointments for the management
  3. E-mail Management
  4. Typing & E-mailing Documents
  5. Meeting Notices & Minutes where necessary.
  6. Receiving and Directing Visitors
  7. Internet Surfing
  8. Filing and Record Keeping
  9. Office Cleaning Supervision
  10. Staff Meals Supervision
  11. Hygiene & Sanitation
  12. Present, promote and sell product / services to existing and prospective customers.
  13. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  14. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  15. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  16. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
